Chlomos

Driving on the road to Lefkimmi you will meet the road leading to Chlomos, a small traditional village full of colours (Venetian ochre and pink-red), overlooking the lake of Korission and the south-eastern coast of the island. One can only walk through the narrow cobbled streets so as to see the old houses and mansions with their archways (“volta”) and majestic gates (“portonia”). The rising roads lead to the top of the village, the church of the Archangels, a place offering, as a natural balcony, a panoramic view reaching, weather permitting, up to Paxoi islands.
