Ancient Maroneia Mosaic House

From Byzantine Maroneia, located at the site of Paleochora, an early Christian basilica with mosaic floors with plant and animal decoration dating to the 6th century was excavated. In the same area excavations of the buildings uncovered coins dating from the Mid-Byzantine era city (9th-13th century).
