Xanthi, the capital of Eastern Macedonia’s & Thrace’s homonymous prefecture, is a spectacular, multicultural city with a long standing history, otherwise known as “Thracian Lady” or the “Thousand Colors’ City”. Those characterizations, evocative of its multi-layered socio-economic fabric and its historical wealth, become apparent through its well-preserved, landmark architecture, which is traditional of Northern Greece.
