And when winter comes and the water freezes, the youth slip in any way on the ice looking strangely beneath their feet carps, sheatfish, roaches, pikes and bleaks. Even deeper it is the spirlin, the perch, but also rarer species such as the dace, the mosquito fish, the eel, the gudgeon, and the true loach.
